Inside a Double Clematis.

 

This is a double clematis...a young 'un now.

When this is fully grown, it will have a double layer of petals. 

Mom Mourning Dove and her twins.

Mom builds her nest every year in the same spot under the light. This year she had twins. Can you see the little guy on the right? Kinda looks like "Kilroy" was here.

Purple Clematis.

I don't know the exact name of this Clematis other than...purple. 

Grub? in a piece of rotting fire wood in our back yard.

Picked up the log to move it and it fell apart. This creepy little creature was inside. It looks like a grub which are usually in grass?? So I ran for my camera to have you all share the creepy thing. Click on it to make it bigger and creepier! Yuk! By the way...this thing is about 1" long.
